Work with Infrastructure team and developers in testing and configurations
Communicate and work with 3rd party support services and platforms
Troubleshooting load balancers, firewalls, 3rd party services, SSO and MFA access in concert with CDN
Hold live session calls to work on activation, testing and diagnosis of issues
Testing staging environments and proxy to production to go live
Alert and work with stakeholders and and product owners on transition and risks
DNS transfers and activations
IP restrictions for internal access only for lower environments

Bug Fixes, Outages, User issues
Set up, document, and attend live sessions to resolve issues
Work with customer document databases (Qualtrax, Ansica, Sharepoint)
Shopping portal, transaction services and Microsoft CMS integrations and subscriptions
Work with outside vendors development teams and inside on-premise infrastructure
Coordinate developers and code pushes to on premise servers and oversee releasess
Work with release train engineers, create schedules, and release checklists
